No Limit Loans is a referral service. We refer all enquiries initiated on this website to third parties who are licensed to provide their respective finance products and/or services and quotes. We receive fees from these third parties for making these introductions. We do not provide finance ourselves, and we are not a credit provider, lender, or holder of an Australian Credit Licence.
Although we cover a wide range of products and services, we don’t cover every product or service available on the market, and in some cases we may not have a partner able to service your specific request.
To use the Service you must be at least 18 years of age and an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or otherwise eligible under the criteria of our partner network. Business/commercial enquiries are subject to additional eligibility criteria relevant to that finance category.
Nothing on this website or provided as part of the Service constitutes financial, credit, or legal advice. We do not guarantee that you will be approved for finance, or that any particular rate, term, or outcome will be offered to you. Any indicative rates displayed on this website are examples only — your actual rate will depend on factors including your credit profile, the asset being financed, and the loan term, and may differ from our advertised rates.
Any comparison rate shown is calculated on a secured loan of $30,000 fixed for a term of 5 years, is true only for the example given, and may not include all fees and charges. Different loan amounts or terms may result in a different comparison rate.
The Service is free to use. We are paid a referral fee by the third-party broker or lender we introduce you to — this is not charged to you.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the Service. Providing false or misleading information may result in your enquiry not being processed or referred.
Once referred, any agreement, application, or transaction you enter into is directly between you and the relevant third-party broker or lender, subject to their own terms, conditions, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the products, services, conduct, or decisions of any third party we refer you to.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or the Service, including any reliance on information provided or any outcome of a referral to a third party.
