1. What information we collect

When you complete our enquiry form, we may collect:

• Your name, phone number, email address, state and postcode
• Details about the vehicle or asset you’re looking to finance, and the loan amount you’re seeking
• Employment status, length of employment, and income information
• Your self-assessed credit rating
• For business/commercial enquiries: ABN details, GST registration status, and property ownership status
• Your preferred time to be contacted

We also collect information automatically, including your IP address, browser and device information, and identifiers set by advertising cookies (such as Meta’s _fbp and _fbc cookies).

2. Phone verification

To confirm your enquiry is genuine, we verify your mobile number with a one-time SMS code sent via our SMS provider. We do not store the verification code after it has been used or has expired.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Match you with a licensed finance broker or lender able to assist with your enquiry
• Contact you about your enquiry
• Measure and improve the performance of our advertising (including via Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API)
• Comply with our legal obligations

4. Who we share your information with

We are a referral service. We do not provide finance ourselves. We share your enquiry details with the licensed finance broker(s) or lender(s) in our partner network who we believe may be able to assist you. We receive a referral fee from these third parties for making the introduction — this does not cost you anything.

We also share limited technical information (such as advertising identifiers and, where relevant, hashed contact details) with Meta Platforms, Inc. for advertising measurement and optimisation purposes, and with our SMS and website hosting providers to operate the Service.

5. Overseas disclosure

Some of the third parties referred to above (including Meta Platforms, Inc.) are based outside Australia, principally in the United States. Where personal information is disclosed overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our advertising. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect how the site functions.
